Paula Teacher began the business in 1987, working as an independent contractor from her own home. She has developed the organization by consistent expansion into new markets, and now employs over 140 associates serving approximately 150 clients of all ages and ability levels. We are a private organization serving individuals with various disabilities in community settings throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania.
